John Garcia

John Garcia, 95, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025.

He was born in Donora, PA.  John worked for Chrysler in the shipping department before retiring in 1992 after 35 years of service.  He belonged to the Primetimers, Le Ridici Club and the FOE Aerie – McKinley Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Flora; his parents, Raymond and Dolores Garcia; siblings, Helen Tunon, Raymond Garcia, Jr, Louis Garcia, Angel Garcia, Angelina Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Mary Louise Szerokman, Julio Garcia, Lucy Shankel and Aurora Garcia.

John is survived by sister, Alice (Joe) Spotelson; niece and caretaker, JoAnn Gearhart and many other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9:00 until 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 1, 2025 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. Tallmadge.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Dan Page officiating.

Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
