Joseph Anthony Buffa

Joseph Anthony Buffa, 94, passed away February 5, 2024.

Born in Stockport, New York, Joseph had lived most of his life in the Tallmadge area.  He retired in 2008 from Sonoco/Holland Oil after 30 plus years of service. He owned horses, enjoyed westerns, coloring, was a member of the Garden Club at Chapel Hill Communities, and you could often find him with an ice cream cone or sweeties.

He was preceded in death by his; daughter, Donna (Buffa) Blocher; sister, Lena Drosenos, and brothers Frank and Anthony Buffa.

Joseph is survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Theresa Hirinkl; and brother, Robert Buffa.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2024 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle) with funeral service to follow at 12 p.m. with Father Michael Williamson officiating.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
