Joseph Lesho

Joseph Lesho, 89, passed away October 2, 2017, just shy of his 90th birthday. Born in Hecla, PA, he had lived in Tallmadge since 1960.

Joe served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was an accomplished salesman all his life, retiring from National Distillers in 1998. After retirement he formed Joe's Coffee Service. He was a member of Our Lady of Victory, VFW, American Legion, Knights of Columbus and the Jednota Club. Joe loved golfing where he had four holes in one and he enjoyed working in his yard. He loved traveling and spending winters in Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Mary Lesho; sisters, Verne Lesho, Mary Minrovic, Dorothy Ulichney, Ginny Skwara.

Joe is survived by his wife of 66 years, Norma; daughter, JoAnn (Denny) Sizemore of Green; sons, Steve (Patty) Lesho of Derry, PA. Greg (Cheryl) Lesho of Bremen, GA, Doug (Nida) Lesho of Merritt Island, FL, Joe (Beth) Lesho of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; brother, Emory (Margie) Lesho of Maryland; grandchildren, Nick (Anne) Sizemore, Jennifer (Joseph) Yanke, Stephen Sizemore, Crystal Lesho, Sheila Lesho, Marivic Lesho, Joseph Lesho, Sam Lesho; great grandchild, Katie Lesho; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 at Our Lady of Victory Church 73 North Ave., Tallmadge with Fr. Mike Matusz officiating.

Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
