Joyce Elaine (Longstreth) Adams

Joyce Adams, 64, went home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2024. She was born and raised in Tallmadge and lived most of her life in Mogadore.

Joyce loved art and was a lifelong artist. Many of her works were seen in not only Mogadore, but were also exhibited in Japan. Her art was a source of inspiration to many. This was one of her greatest life passions alongside raising her four boys. Her pride in being a homemaker was felt by everyone and she welcomed all into her home. She was a Jack of All Trades; from construction to cooking, there was nothing she couldn't do. She loved camping; that passion will survive through her children. She loved to travel; she visited many places with her family and friends but her favorite was always the Outer Banks.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Joan Longstreth and in-laws Bill and Dee Adams.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Chris; devoted sons, Brodie (Cori) Adams, Brandon (Diandra) Adams, Corey (Erika) Adams, and Cameron Adams; grandchildren, Willow, Leo, Vera, and Jameson; sisters, Janet (Kim) Neubert, Jean Andrick, Julia Longstreth, and Judy (Mark) Milvet; brother, Jim (Debbie) Longstreth; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Donovan Funeral Home – Mogadore, 34 S Cleveland Ave. Mogadore, OH.

Funeral and burial services will be Monday, December 9, 2024 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Duma officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Mogadore Fire Department.
