Julie Lynn Killingbeck 03/26/75–02/19/24 Beloved sister, aunt, niece, cousin, friend, and colleague; Julie left us far too soon.

Born on March 26, 1975, Julie's life was a vibrant tapestry of passions, pursuits, dedication, laughter, and love, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know her. Julie's zest for life and creativity were evident in her varied interests and talents. A talented photographer, Julie captured the world's beauty through her lens, sharing her vision and joy with those around her. She had a profound love for music and fashion, always staying ahead of trends and sharing her sense of style. Her musical favorites ranged from the timeless classics of Elvis and Bob Seger to the more contemporary music of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles, with her concert experiences becoming cherished memories shared with friends and family alike.

In her spare time, Julie also loved traveling, baking, and cheering on her beloved Detroit Tigers, Lions, and Red Wings. Her accomplished career at JoAnn spanned 23 dedicated years, where she was not just an employee but an integral part of the "JoAnn Happy" family. Her work ethic, creativity, and commitment to excellence were admired by all who had the pleasure of working with her.

Julie's most cherished role was as "Aunt Julie" to her beloved nieces and nephews – Molly, Jack, Cate, and Casey. Her connection with them went beyond the typical aunt-niece/nephew relationship, fostering a unique bond filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories, making every moment special.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Killingbeck and Kathleen (Patterson) Killingbeck, and her beloved pets, Pretty Girl and Zoey.

She is survived by brothers, Rodney (Kathleen) Killingbeck and Casey (Melissa) Killingbeck; nieces and nephews, Molly, Jack, Cate, and Casey, and many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Her absence leaves a void in the lives of her family, friends, and co-workers, but her positive impact and the memories she created will forever be cherished. Her spirit, love, and laughter will continue to inspire those who knew her, ensuring that her legacy of kindness, generosity, and love lives on.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
