Karen Marie Weaver

February 20, 1969 — September 27, 2015

A loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and precious child of God was called back on September 27, 2015.  At the young age of 46, her earthly journey has been completed and she is now in the arms of her God and Savior sharing eternity with all those loved ones who have gone before, and who have now welcomed her home.

Karen was born on February 20, 1969 and was a 1987 graduate of Tallmadge High.  She worked a brief time for the M. O'Neil Company, and then for 28 years at Signet (Sterling) Jewelers in Fairlawn, the job she enjoyed and faithfully worked through Friday, September 25, 2015.

She truly lived what Thoreau would describe as the best of lives, a sweet and simple journey sharing friends, family, and the normal events of a time on earth with which each person is gifted by our Heavenly Father.  Among the things that made her smile were collecting bears, trips to Amish country and West Virginia, her season tickets to Porthouse Theatre, gospel music (especially The Booth Brothers), Debbie Macomber books, and times with her family circle.  She was both loved and loving along the way.

She was preceded in death by her adored grandmother, for whom she was the kindest caregiver, Edna Chandler; father in law, Leo Weaver, who passed just two weeks ago, uncle, Ron Byers; aunt, Audra Molnar, and is survived by her devoted husband of 14 years, Daniel Weaver; parents, John and Linda Doepker; sister, Cheryl Peskura; brother and sister in law, Greg and Rose Banner; nephew, Brian Banner; nieces, Emma Peskura and Sarah Banner; uncle, Earl Schneider; mother in law, Nancy Murray; brothers in law, Bill and Matt; sister in law, Lynn Murray; aunt, Shirley Byers and all those who knew the goodness and innocence of her heart.  Karen will be remembered with great love for the gift she was to each of us.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Case officiating.

Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.
