Keith Thomas Sweeney

Keith Thomas Sweeney passed away unexpectedly on the morning of June 30, 2015.  He was 38 years old.  Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa he was the son of Danny and Pamela Sweeney.  He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and was most recently employed at the NTB in Macedonia, Ohio where he worked successfully as the store manager.

Keith loved the outdoors, reading, cooking for others and watching sports.  He will be remembered for his incredible work ethic, contagious laughter and generous heart.  If anyone needed help, Keith could be counted on to be there.  He was an amazing father and loved his two daughters more than anything.

Keith is survived by his former wife, Heather Denise Young and their daughters Melyna Karen Sweeney and Addison Taylor Sweeney, parents Danny Thomas Sweeney and Pamela Margaret Sweeney, sister Melissa (Trevor) Foster, nieces Paige and Ella.  He will also be missed by his nephews on Heather's side of the family, Hayden, Logan, Lucas and Camden as well as many other relatives and friends.

Calling hours will be held at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave in Tallmadge, Ohio on July 6th at 11:00 am.  A short service will follow at 12:30 pm.  Keith will be laid to rest at East Liberty Cemetery in Green, Ohio immediately following.
