Laszlo Schmeltzer
March 21, 1942 — December 21, 2015
Laszlo Schmeltzer, 73, passed away December 21, 2015. Born in Nyirgyulaj, Hungary, he became a U.S. citizen in 1974 and lived in Northeast Ohio.
Laszlo was retired from Schmeltzer Excavating as a foreman and was an active member at the Hungarian-American club.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah.
Laszlo is survived by daughter Zita (C.J.) Radune and her mother Ilona; step daughters Jackie Massaro, Dawn (Jermaine) Myers, Stevie Massaro; sister, Irma (Imre) Katai; grandchild, Embry; and step grandchildren, Taylor, Brooke, Ariana, Jermaine Jr., Mariah, Samarah, Charles and MaLeaha.
Memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Hillside Memorial Park Mausoleum, 1025 Canton Road, Akron.
Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
