Lillian B. Sellman

Lillian B. Sellman, 94, passed away March 14, 2016.

Born in Ft. Madison, Iowa Lillian had lived in Kent since 1946.  She was a member of First Christian Church in Kent for 53 years, where she served on the worship committee, and sang in the choir.  Lillian enjoyed reading, playing cards, traveling and doing crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl and son, Carl H, Sellmam, Jr.

Lillian is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Kenneth) Troutman, Judy (Frank) Samaco both of Ravenna, Susan Heroux of Kent, and April (Christopher) Rainey of Rockland, CA; grandchildren, Stephen, Jeffrey, Michelle, Daniel, Frankie, Dennis, Ginette, Peter, Teresa, Adam, Mary Elizabeth, and Catherine; 13 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at First Christian Church of Kent with Rev. Jody Stillifano officiating.

Interment will be at Standing Rock Cemetery.

Friends will be received immediately following the service.
