Linda K Foster

Linda K Foster, 79, passed away September 30, 2026. She lived most of her life in Randolph and Suffield, but attended High School in Stow, when the family lived in Munroe Falls.

Linda was born June 18, 1947 to Lenora B. (Hillard) and Robert J. Foster. After graduating from K.S.U with a Master’s Degree in Education, Linda taught first thru third grades at Suffield Elementary (Field Local) for 30 years. She particularly enjoyed teaching young children to read and introducing them to the books at the library.

We were all in awe of her ability to create beautiful, detailed scrapbooks. Anyone lucky enough to receive a handmade greeting card at various holidays treasured it as a keepsake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Timothy.

Linda is survived by many cousins and extended family. Darla, Julie, Sophie and Henley were her “go to” people that allowed her to stay independent in her home for many years. She leaves many friends from her years of teaching and her feline friend, Daisy.

Memorials can be made to the Friends of the Randolph Library and One of a Kind Pets.

A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Donovan Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Ave., Mogadore.
