Lois S. Hudec

Lois S. Hudec, 94, passed away April 25, 2021.

Born in Akron, Lois had lived in the Kent and Wooster areas but was formerly of Tallmadge.  She received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. Lois was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church and Wally Byam Caravan Club International Air Stream Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vincent Hudec and daughter, JoAnn Hudec.

Lois is survived by her daughters, Karla (Robert) LeBlanc of Kent, Lisa Shilling of Georgia, and Myra Hudec of Akron; sons, John (Belinda) Hudec of Oklahoma and Robert (Nancy) Hudec of Canton, four grandchildren; and sister, Jann Youse of Michigan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 30, 2021 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge with Rev. Michael Matusz officiating.

Please be aware that COVID-19 protocols such as physical distancing and the wearing of masks or other facial coverings will be required for the safety of all.  Since Church seating capacity is limited, the Mass will be live streamed on the Parish's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ourladyofvictorychurchtallmadge.

Interment will take place at Ross Hill Burial Park.
