Marilyn McCarthy, fondly known as "Grandma" and "Gigi", passed away at the age of 86 on September 6, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her mother Kathryn Lynch, father Eugene Lynch, and granddaughter Samantha McCarthy. She is survived by her daughter Kelly McCarthy, son Daniel (Nikki) McCarthy; grandchildren Katie (Jon) Moore, Finn, Joe, and Jack McCarthy; and great-grandchildren Rowan, Everett, and Lucy Moore.

At Marilyn's request, there will be no service.  Instead, to honor her granddaughter Samantha, she asked that friends and loved ones make a donation to Sam's Fans at www.samsfans.org which provides music and art therapy to help ill children find peace in their darkest times.  "It's you must go, and I must bide".
