Marsha (Hensel) Flight

Marsha Flight, 75, of Cuyahoga Falls, peacefully passed away on January 21, 2021 at home, surrounded by family. Marsha was born September 20, 1945 in Akron, Ohio.

Marsha was married to the love of her life, Ron Flight, for 56 years and were long time residents of Tallmadge, Ohio. Marsha adored spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving Mother, and Grandmother. She took great pride in her family. Marsha was such a strong woman of faith. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and St. Eugene's Catholic Church. She taught PSR (Public School Religion) for eight years at Our Lady of Victory, passing along her strong faith to others.

She is preceded into death by her parents, Genevieve and Leon Hensel; brother, Michael McCoy; sister, Linda Peshek; brother-in-law, Jeff Flight.

Marsha is survived by her husband, Ronald; sister, Chris (Dan) Sadowski; daughters, Kelly (Jeff) Buehler and Kristen (Bill) Duncan; grandchildren, Brittany Buehler (Connor Campbell) and Marissa Duncan.

Marsha will always be remembered for her caring heart, love and devotion to God and her family, and being a loving Grandma to all. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marsha's name may be made to Serenity Hospice for such compassionate care provided.

Due to COVID-19, the family will celebrate a private Mass of Christian Burial followed by a private burial with plans for a more public gathering at a later date.
