Martin M. Felkl

Martin M. Felkl, 59, passed away February 7, 2015.

Born in Akron, Martin lived all his life in Stow. He retired as a mold maker with Goodyear after 34 years of service. He was member of Holy Family Catholic Church, The German Family Society, AA, and the band Kavaliers. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and was the State Chess Champion.

Martin was preceded in death by his mother Elisabeth.

He is survived by his wife, Dru; daughters Shannon Felkl (Chris) Pilz) and Kayla Felkl; father, Martin Felkl all of Stow; sisters Anne (John) Bass and Ingrid (Michael) Woodling both of Munroe Falls; aunt and uncle, Juliana and John Felkl of New Franklin; nieces, Lauren Bass and Gretchen Woodling; nephew, Michael Bass.

A memorial mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Rd. Stow with Fr. Kevin Elbert officiating.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
