Mary Bunt

Mary Bunt, 83, passed away July 9, 2015.

Born in Akron, Mary had lived in the Akron area for most of her life.  She retired in 1987 from Acme Grocery Stores with 37 years of service.  Mary was a member of St. Bernard Parish, Acme Retirees Local #880 and PrimeTimers.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Bunt; son, Daniel Corbett; grandson, Nicholas Corbett; brothers, Rosario, Frank, and Joseph Gully; sister, Jenny Ferrise.

Mary is survived by her sons, David (Joni) Corbett and Timothy Corbett; step daughters, Cheryl Ross, Christine Crawford, and Roberta Kelley; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Santa Harbert and many niece and nephews.

Visitation will be held 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave., (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2015 St. Bernard Parish, 44 University Ave., Akron with Father Frank Basa officiating.

Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
