Mary Louise Frohnapfel, born April 9, 1936 passed away peacefully on June 20, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Luke Frohnapfel, and her eight children: Bill (Maggie), Greg (Mary), Joe, Heidi (John), Jim, Tom (Muiranne), Diane (deceased), who she will be reunited with, and Ed (Nicole). Mary Louise was a cherished grandmother to Anthony, Natalie, Vinnie, Ethan, Fiona, Shane and Lauren Frohnapfel. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Gianna and Isabella Kamalie.

Mary Louise was a graduate of the University of Akron and a dedicated member of Saint Anthony's Church and then Blessed Trinity Church. She was known for her passion for teaching and her exceptional talent as an artist. Her love for cooking brought joy to many, and her strong faith in God was a cornerstone of her life. Mary Louise Frohnapfel touched the lives of many with her kindness, wisdom, and grace. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am Tuesday June 25, 2024 at Blessed Trinity Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave. Akron, Ohio 44310.  Friends will be received one hour prior to Mass at the Church.  Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the church.
