Michael E. Weiss

Michael E. Weiss, 61, passed away December 9, 2015.

Born in Akron, Michael had lived in the Akron area for most of his life.  He graduated from Akron North High School and was employed as a truck driver with Trumbull Industries for over 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sylvester Weiss.

Michael is survived by his mother, Jeanne Weiss; brothers, Dan (Carla), Jim, and Bill (Stacey); nephews and nieces, Chris, Matt, Kelly, and Nicole (Justin).

A Memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. Monday December 14, 2015 in the Chapel at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Rd., Stow with Father Mike Ausperk officiating.

Visitation will be 10 until 11 a.m. prior to the mass on Monday at the church.

Interment will be at Chestnut Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Mike was viewed by many as kind hearted and generous.  He will be deeply missed.
