Obituary

Palmer N. Flasco died peacefully, surrounded by his family, on June 10, 2014.

He was born in Akron, Ohio on March 25, 1923. He graduated from Akron North High School and served in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific during World War II. He was a Linotype operator at Firestone Tire for many years and also the owner of North Hill Typesetting.

He leaves behind his wife and ice skating partner of 65 years, Olga; as well as his two sons, Gary and Ray (Diana); grandsons, Kevin (Jennifer, daughter Paige), Andrew, and Mathew; granddaughter, Laura (Tim) Rath; four great-grandsons; brother, Steve (Lucy); nephews, nieces and other relatives; and his friends at Chapel Hill Mall.

Per his wishes, there will be no funeral services or calling hours. Cremation has taken place.
