Pamela Kay (Slee) Marsden

Pamela Kay (Slee) Marsden, 74, peacefully passed away April 12, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Akron, raised in Ellet, she had been married over 50 years to her high school sweetheart, Kent. Pam was a member of First Congregational Church of Tallmadge.  She enjoyed reading, crosswords, traveling on her annual sister vacations and her 60 year close friendships with the "club." She was preceded in death by her parents, Carol and Walter Slee; and in laws, Sadie and Charles Marsden. Pam is survived by her husband, Kent; son, Andrew (Sarah) Marsden of Avon, OH; daughter, Ann (Mark) Miller of Raleigh, NC; sisters, Becky (Edison) Grizer of Rochester, NY and Claudia (John) McKosky of The Woodlands, TX.  She was blessed with four granddaughters she adored dearly, Emma, Riley, Tess and Karina; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be 11:00 am until 12:00 pm Thursday, May 5, 2022 at First Congregational Church of Tallmadge, 85 Heritage Drive, Tallmadge. Funeral service will follow visitation at 12:00 pm at the church with Rev. Daniel Doty officiating. Private interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or Stewart's Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center, 3501 Ridge Park Drive, Fairlawn, OH  44333.

Per family wishes, cremation has taken place.
