Patsy "Pat" L. Wilkinson

Patsy "Pat" Wilkinson (nee Reagan), 88, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, in her home, where she wanted to be. Born to the late Cecil and Mary Reagan in Blount County, TN, she was a real Tennessee Girl and proud graduate of the St. Mary's Hospital and Nursing School's Registered Nursing program in Knoxville, TN. She "retired" from nursing to raise her children but was quick to volunteer for blood drives and any screening programs in the schools as well as volunteering in her church to bring comfort to those unable to attend services.

Preceded in death by her husband Wayne, brother Mike and great-granddaughter Brooklyn, she is survived by her children Brett and Lori, sister Wanda, brother Terry, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own.

After the kids were "grown and gone" Pat traveled extensively with her husband until his passing, then enjoyed traveling with her sister Wanda and special cousin Bev, and brother-in-law Tyree and his wife Bonnie.

Home and family were important to her, and she always hosted holiday get-togethers looking forward to spending time with everyone, sharing stories of her life, times and journeys. She kept track of her nursing school classmates and lifelong friends until, as she would tell you, they were just about all gone. We would like to extend a special thanks to Michelle Proctor, her live-in care giver and companion for the past few years, who made it possible for mom to be at home. And finally, we want to thank everyone who made mom's final months safe and comfortable.

She will be missed by everyone who knew/loved her. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public services.
