Penny passed away at home surrounded by family with her sister Denise as a caregiver. She fought a courageous two year battle with lung cancer.
She graduated from Kenmore High School in 1966 and loved to sing in the choir. Penny worked for Ohio Bell for 30 years. After her retirement from the school system she started making quilts. She made quilts for family and friends and also for children in hospitals. She had an adventurous spirit and went for a ride on an ultra light plane for her 50th birthday. Penny also enjoyed vacations in the Carolinas, Florida, Hawaii, and Las Vegas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and Allen Clinch and infant brother, Frank.
Penny is survived by her sisters, Vickie (Charlie) Kepnes, Candy (Ray) David, Denise (Neil) Stewart, husband, Tom Brown; children, Stephanie, Steve, and Julie; grandson, Trent.; special friends, Linda, Rosie, Sylvia, and many others.
