Phyllis "Gobby" J Kohut

Phyllis J. Kohut, 75, passed away comfortably in her sleep on, April 30, 2018. Born in Barberton, she lived her life in Munroe Falls.

Phyllis was a retired Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed fishing, "Reel 'Em In", beanie babies, and casinos. Her main love was her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald; sister, Betty Jackson of Norwalk.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Tina (Roger) Fleming of Cuyahoga Falls; sons, Ronald (Lori) Kohut, Jr. of Wadsworth, William Kohut of Akron, Richard Kohut of Munroe Falls, Michael Kohut of Munroe Falls; grandchildren, Brandon, Austin, Fred, Kayla, Josh, Ashley, Brittney, Heather, Lindsey, Jordan, Dylan; 16 great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley (Jerry) Corron of Brimfield.

Visitation will be 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will be immediately following the visitation Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Ezra Wimberly officiating.

Private burial service will be at a later date.
