Richard "Rik" Borger, Iii

Richard "Rik" Borger, III, 47, passed away unexpectedly March 22, 2018. He was born in Akron and lived his life there.

He worked at UPS as a Pre Loader for 21 Years. Rik was a member of the Greater Akron Aquarium Society, enjoyed collecting neon lights and arcade games. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Rik is survived by his wife, Dana; daughter, Violet; parents, Richard, II and Peggy Borger; sister, Jessica and Brian Goff of Akron, sister in law, Danielle King of Cuyahoga Falls; aunt and uncle, Sandy and Gerald Cutting; nieces, Kayla Goff, Haley Goff; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Case officiating.

Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
