Richard James D'Amato

February 26, 1949 -  May 6, 2022

In Memory : Richard was born in Cleveland, but was living in California when bands were popping up everywhere.  His claim to fame came when he joined the "Outsiders" in the late 60's, playing bass guitar and vocals.  The band had the one hit wonder "Time Won't Let Me".

His family was the most important thing in his life.  He loved to golf and especially loved fishing with his grandson, Rowyn.  His favorite place to be was in the kitchen, Richard was an excellent cook.  He was proud of his Italian heritage.

Left to mourn him are his wife, Roxanne; son, Damon (Tracie); and grandchildren, Rowyn, Mia, Dominick and Vincent.

Richard was preceded in death by his daughter, Vanessa; and his parents.

We miss you every single day.

There was a private Celebration of life at Fairlawn County Club.

"Happy trails to you, til we meet again."  Tiamo!!
