Richard L Giacomoni

Richard L. Giacomoni, 71, passed away February 6, 2018. Born in Akron, lived most of his life in Tallmadge.

Richard served in the U.S. Marines and retired from Seal Master. He was a member of the Tallmadge Lions Club, enjoyed bowling and going on family fishing trips to Bob's Lake, Canada.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Morfeo and Kathryn Giacomoni; sister, Theresa.

Richard is survived by his wife of 25 years, Linda; his son, Robert (Julie) Giacomoni of Stow; step sons, Ronnie and Tommy; brothers, Michael (Rosalind) of Akron, Joseph (Ruth) of Rittman, Mark (Sheree) of Texarkana, TX; sister, Pamela (Michael) Barnes of Tallmadge; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
