Rita Brett Dallesandro

Rita Brett-Dallesandro passed away July 6, 2022.

She was born in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph and Victoria Brett.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Thomas and Terrance, and niece, Laura.

Rita is survived by her husband, Gerald Dallensandro; sister, Rosemary; brother, Kevin (Kathy); sister-in-law, Barbara; stepdaughter Velvet, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Rita taught at St. Martha Elementary School and was a Special Education Teacher for the Akron Public Schools.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2022 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.

The family is thankful for the loving care she received while at Danbury Memory Care.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity of Summit, 2301 Romig Rd., Akron, OH 44320.
