Robert James Prete II, 21, passed away.

On April 22nd God was lucky enough to receive a wonderful young man well before his time.  And while his presence on this earth was all too short, his was a life that will forever leave so many others a lifetime's worth of joy and love. We all love you Bobby. Your Spirit and Soul will forever be beside us.

Preceded by maternal great-grandparents; great uncle, Neil Prete; cousin, Roxanne Gibson; and close family friends, Bill Shackelford and John Simon. Survived by mother, Monica Lang and stepfather, Robert Yeager of Akron; father, Robert James Prete and stepmother, Laura Prete of North Carolina; sister and brother, Giovanni and Angela Prete of North Carolina; stepbrothers, Tony and Pat Tipton of Akron; maternal grandparents, Kay and Owen Gregg of Clearwater, Florida and Diane and Joe Prete of North Carolina;  uncles, Michael Lang and Joe (Elayne) Prete and their five children; aunts, Suzanne Lang and Chrissy (Peter) Donovan and their four children; and cousin Madison of Minneapolis, MN; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be at 4 pm, Sunday, at Hennessy Funeral Home (corner of York and Main), 552 N. Main St., Akron, with Pastor Shannon Blower officiating.  Friends will be received from 2 pm until the time of the service Sunday.
