Rodney Gene Walston

Rodney Gene Walston, 72, passed away April 5, 2024.  Born in Batesville, Indiana, he lived most of his life in the Akron area.

He liked to watch old western movies and loved to watch Madea.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene Klopp and Pat Walston; brother, Butch Walston.

Rodney is survived by his son, Rodney G. (Angie) Walston II; daughter, Angela (Eric) Paluch; grandchildren, Lindsey, Samantha and Nicolas. The family would like to give a special thank you to their dad's fulltime caregiver and son in law, Eric for his love and compassion shown through this difficult time.   We love you, Dad!

Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
