Ed Craft, 80, fulfilled his final family tradition by passing away peacefully on Easter April 5, 2015.
Born in Grafton, West Virginia, Ed had lived in Tallmadge since 1958. He retired in 1986 from Ford Motor Company with 35 years of service. Ed was a member of Tallmadge United Methodist Church and was a Boy Scout Leader for Troop #362.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Virginia Lee Craft and son, Charles Kenneth Aaron Craft.
Ed is survived by his wife, Virginia Jane; daughters, Barbara Riffle, Milise (Richard) Bradley all of Tallmadge, and Jamie Halye of Sunset Beach, North Carolina; son, Bryan Craft of Wixom, Michigan; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Betty (Hartzel) Wilson of Springfield Township, Nancy Reyer of Walhalla, South Carolina, and Ann (Denny) Montgomery of Stoneboro, Pennsylvania; brothers, Leo (Doris) Craft of Green and Tom (Dottie) Craft of Springfield Township.
Visitation will be 4 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).
Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Tallmadge United Methodist Church, 207 N. Munroe Rd., Tallmadge with Rev. Dr. William Liming officiating.
Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.
