Stephen Lynn Hughes

Stephen L. Hughes, 76, passed away May 27, 2021.

Born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Stephen had lived most of his life in Granville, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.  Stephen was retired as an electrician from Owens Corning with 25 years of service.  He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Bishopville, SC.  He liked tinkering with cars and loved spending time on the water.  Stephen could fix anything that was broken.  He also loved to travel and spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Billie Faye Hughes, and brother, Richard Hughes.

Stephen is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sandi; daughter, Stephanie LaDuke; son, Shannon (Trista) Hughes; grandchildren, Quinn, Miranda, Mackenzie, Duncan; and sister, Sue Strickler.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
