Thomas "Tom" Andrew

The family of Thomas "Tom" Andrew of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is saddened to announce his passing on June 11th, 2022, at the age of 66. Tom fought a courageous battle with cancer, and left this world surrounded by his loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest just as he did.

Tom met the love of his life Cynthia "Cindy" Andrew and they enjoyed over 40 years of marriage while having 2 children: Matthew and Chad Andrew. His wife and children will lovingly remember him, along with his daughters-in-law Robyn and Elizabeth; grandchildren, Carly, Peyton, Matthew and Nathan; brothers, John (Debbie) Andrew and Ron Andrew; sister, Lynn Andrew, as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Tom was born to John "Jack" and Dolores "Dee" Andrew on August 31, 1955, in Akron, Ohio, and spent his entire life in the area. After graduating from high school, Tom built an incredibly successful career working in the flooring industry, where he worked up until his final days. When Tom wasn't working, it was not hard to locate him. A quick check of the golf course, a backyard barbeque after Beer Thirty, or the beach enjoying a destination vacation and he was sure to be found. Tom loved going for rides in his recently acquired Ford Mustang convertible and hosting parties with all his friends in his basement bar.  There was nothing more important to Tom than family, and if you were one of his friends, you were always considered part of the family.

Visitation will be 1:00 until 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service to follow at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family truly requests that visitation attire be golf casual/island festive.
