Vera Jean (Houchin) Esker

Vera Jean "Houchin" Esker, age 90, passed away June 13, 2015. Mrs. Esker was a homemaker born in Boughtonville, Ohio and lived most of her life in the Akron area.  She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Harold E., daughters Kay (David) Lucien of Virginia and Kelley (Jeff) Hammond of Florida; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services 3:00 P M Tuesday (TODAY)  June 16, 2015 at the DONOVAN FUNERAL HOME, 17 SOUTHWEST AVE, (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Visitation will be TODAY from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.

In lieu of other remembrances donations may be given to the Tallmadge United Methodist Church 207 N. Munroe Road, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278, or to Crossroads Hospice of Green, 3743 Boettler Oaks Drive, Suite E, Green, Ohio 44685..
