Verna (Hoffman) Wooddell

April 21, 1958 — September 24, 2016

Verna Wooddell, 58, passed away September 24, 2016. Born in Barberton, she lived most of her life in the Akron area.

She was preceded in death by her brother Daniel Hoffman.

Verna is survived by her son, Joseph Smith of Akron; grandchildren, Mellissa and Tyler; great granddaughter, Sophia; sisters, Roxanne (Lorin) Grewell of Coshocton, Laura (Geza) Hoffman; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Victory Chapel Church, 32 W Bellisle Dr, Akron OH 44319 with a memorial service following.
