Virginia (Brundrette) Kelly

Virginia Kelly, 92, passed away June 24, 2021. Born in Newton, Massachusetts where she was raised before moving to Ohio.

Virginia was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church. She loved to travel especially to Hawaii and going back to Massachusetts. She was an avid bird watcher, loved to go to the ocean where she loved to watch the seagulls. She especially loved to be together with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Frederick and Mary Brundrette; sons, Stephen and Charles Kelly; sister, Elizabeth Mary Brundrette.

Virginia is survived by her daughters, Jean (Mark) Tierney, Anne (Jeffrey) Bachtel, Peggy (Katy George) Kelly; daughter in law, Arlene Kelly; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Monday, June 28, 2021 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m. June, 29, 2021 at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, 164 W Market St. Akron with Fr. Norm Douglas officiating. PROCESSION TO FORM AT THE CHURCH.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
