Virginia Maxine Morris

Our sweet Mother, Virginia Maxine Morris, 94, born on April 7, 1926 in Duck W.Va., left the bonds of this life to be with the Angels in Heaven on Dec. 6, 2020 as a result of the Covid Virus. Akron, OH was her home for the last 65 years.

She was the daughter of Gertrude Jarvis-Sears and William Luther Sears.

Virginia loved animals and was a home maker who loved to raise a garden, cook, and sew. Her pizza parties were the best. Her laughter and sense of humor was contagious to all around her. She was the glue that held our family together and she will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by husband, William G. Morris; sons, Billy L. Morris and Gary D. Morris; grandson, John Kareski and granddaughter, Jennifer Vasko.

Virginia is survived by daughters, Janet Rauckhorst (Rocky), Bonnie Phifer (John), and Sandra Vasko.

She was a good and caring Mother to all her children and dearly loved her grandchildren.

Virginia leaves behind seven grandchildren. Billy Morris, Michele Kareski, Amy Phifer, Kimberly Phifer, Carol Cheatham (Mike), Justin Morris (Leslie) and Walter Morris. She also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

"We can no longer see you with our eyes, touch you with our hands, but we will feel you in our hearts forever".

Rest in Peace our sweet Mother until we meet again.
