William C. Hibbs

William C. Hibbs, 72, passed away September 22, 2015.

Born in Akron, William had lived in Tallmadge since 2012.  He was a graduate of East High School and retired from Goodyear in 1995 with 30 years of service.  William was a member of Southeast Church of the Nazarene.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Frances Hibbs; wife, Sharon L. Hibbs and bother, Ronald Hibbs.

William is survived by his wife, Carol; daughter, Tami (Don) Southard of Battle Ground, WA; son, William (Sherry) Hibbs of Vancouver, WA; step children, Janice (Bill) Poppey of Tallmadge, Gary (Christine) Jacobs of Illinois, and Susie (Mark) Vasiloff of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Michael and Emily Hibbs and Stephen, Matt and Sara Southard, Brennen, Tyler, Alyssia, Ryan, Sophie, Drew, and Hunter; two great grandchildren; sister, Judy (Cliff) Heinbuch of Kenmore,; and sister in law, Linda Marsh of Alliance.

Visitation will be 2 until 4 p.m. Sunday, September 27, 2015 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September 28, 2015 at Southeast Church of The Nazarene, 771 Dunbar Rd., Tallmadge with Pastor Steven Salyers officiating.
