David Barr

David George Barr passed away on January 24, 2022 at the age of 86.

He was born January 11, 1936 to Sarah and Jim Barr in Lakewood, Ohio

Dave's long and purposeful life as a husband, dad, grandpa, a Ft. Leonard Wood Military Company Commander, an Akron University Department of Education professor, and an artist will be celebrated this spring when friends and family can walk through his yard enjoying all his 59 years of landscaping and artistic creations.

Dave leaves to remember him Linda, his wife of 63 year; Kristin, his beautiful brilliant daughter, and Dylan and Cameron, his beloved grandsons.

Well done, Dave, may your memory be a blessing to us all.
