Dorothy Pearl (Settle) Buckus

Dorothy Pearl Buckus, 82, went home to be with the Lord on October 26, 2022. Born in Belsano, Pennsylvania, she lived most of her life in the Brimfield Township area.

Dorothy was a member of Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, traveling and baking.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family and her cats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Donald and Tessie Settle; sisters, Edna, Catherine; and brothers, Joe, Ken, and Donny.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Bev (Chris); sons, Jim, Gary (Sandra); sister, Joyce; brother, Ron; grandchildren Cade, Cole, Tom, Tara, Alex, Megan, Amanda, Jesse; great grandchildren, Elijah, Nathan, Isabel, Zoey; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be 11:00 until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will follow visitation at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Case officiating.

Interment will be at Restland Cemetery.
