Frances Jendrisak

Frances Theresa Jendrisak passed away peacefully November 23, 2021.

She was born October 4, 1926 in Clarence, Pennsylvania.

In 1942 she joined the Vincentian Sister of Charity in Bedford, Ohio attended St. Johns College and received her Master’s Degree in education at Kent State.  She taught at several parochial schools finally retiring from Independence Ohio Public Schools. Fran was a gifted artist and organist.  She loved entertaining family and friends.

A special thanks to Sherry for her loving care during Fran’s final years.  We wish to thank the hospice staff at Cleveland Clinic for their dedicated care.

We will miss you Fran.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Johanna; brothers, Joseph, Andrew, John, Alois, Dominick and George; sisters, Ann and Josephine,

Frances is survived by her brother, Cyrill and his wife Sherry, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 29, 2021 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge with Father Michael Matusz officiating.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
