Josephine Marie (Cannella) Zembar

Josephine Zembar, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away August 15,2023. She was born January 24, 1931 in Slicksville, PA and lived most of her life in Tallmadge, OH.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George; parents, Alessandro and Maria Cannella; brother, Frank Cannella

Josephine is survived by her sons, George (Denise) and Larry; daughters, Marianne (Brian) and Diane (Darrell); grandchildren, Emily (Andrew), Erika (Carter), Meredith, Olivia (Jimmy), and Andrew; great grandchildren, Brayden, Bennett, Wyatt, Pierce, Ford, Cooper, and Miles; sister Lucy (Lou) Pantalo; and sisters in law, Genevieve Cannella and Irene.

Visitation will be 11:00 until 12:00 p.m., Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge.

Mass of Christian Burial will follow visitation at the church at 12:00 p.m.

Interment will be held at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
