Pamela Renee Barnes

Pamela Barnes, 57, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep October 27, 2018. She was born on May 25, 1961 at St. Thomas Hospital in Akron to Morfeo and Kathryn Giacomoni.

Pamela grew up in Tallmadge and graduated from Tallmadge High School in 1979. In 2017, she retired from retail management with many years of service.

Retirement was short, but she lived each day to its fullest. Spending time with her two precious grandchildren filled her heart with joy. Pam thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the cabin on Lake Milton, golfing with her husband, bowling (a champion of champions), and fishing on Bob’s Lake in Canada.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa; brother, Richard (2018).

Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Mike; sons, Paul (Nicole) of Tallmadge, David (Chris) Lewczyk-Barnes of Green; grandchildren, Madalyn and Maverick; brothers, Joe (Ruth) Giacomoni of Rittman, Mark (Sheree) Giacomoni of Texarkana, TX, Mike (Roz) Giacomoni of Akron; many nieces and nephews; and the Conway and Antognoli Families.

Visitation will be 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. following visitation at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
