Rita Allyce (Long) Cline

Rita A. Cline, 82, passed away November 9, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Born in Akron, she had lived in the Tallmadge area since 1972. She was a member of the Tallmadge Primetimers.  Rita enjoyed reading, cleaning, decorating, and rearranging the furniture. She was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Guardians.  Most of all, Rita loved raising and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; daughter, Tricia Cline; parents, Melvin and Mary Long.

Rita is survived by her daughters, Beth (Rich) McKee of North Ridgeville and Cathy (John) Phillips of Cuyahoga Falls; son, Michael (Sandy) Cline of Green; grandchildren, Brendan McKee, Jared, Nathan (Ethan) and Brandon Cline, Chris (Jordan) Phillips, Jason (Lizzy) Phillips, Ashley (Dylan) Swank, Cassidy (Will) Snyder; great grandchildren, Ian, Zac, Eli, Ember, and Greyson; sister,  Karen (Jim) Jasiunas; nieces, Debbie (Rick) Heimbaugh and Susie (Bob) Copp and many other family members.

Visitation will be 11:00 until 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Donovan Bagnoli Funeral Home, 339 Southwest Ave., Tallmadge.

Memorial Service will follow visitation at 1:00 p.m.  at the funeral home with Chaplain Emmit Lee officiating.

Private interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
