Roger J Hermann

Roger J. Hermann, 77, passed away May 21, 2023. Born June 24, 1945 in Akron, where he was a life resident.

Roger retired from Babcock and Wilcox as a Welder/Fitter and also worked at Park Ford as a Porter.  He was a member of Tallmadge Church of the Nazarene. Roger enjoyed woodworking and liked to tinker and was a jack of all trades.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lydia Hermann; two brothers.

Roger is survived by his wife, Charlene; son, Jason (Tasha) Hermann; daughters, Virginia (Erick) Bognar, Cheryl (Richard) Liller, Deborah (Michael) Shears; sisters, Charlene (Jim) King, Maribeth (Bernie) Stull; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00 until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will follow visitation at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Rasseman officiating.
