My sincere condolences on the passing of Paul Edward Weakland. A candle will be lit at my church Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Garfield Hts., OH. and burned for the month of November in honor of your departed loved one. May God ease the grief in your hearts and bring peace that passes all understanding.

My maiden name was Nagle; my father was born in Spangler in 1903. His mother was Mary Ann Weakland, so i guess we would be about 20th cousins to Paul. We vacationed every year in Loretto and Spangler as children. I am now 82 so travel is a little difficult. My parents moved here to Akron. My dad worked at Firestone and my mom was an Akron school teacher. We grew up on north hill and attended St. Martha church where I also went to school in 7th and 8th grades. I have a genealogy book that I keep adding articles. My uncle, Al Peters, born in Nanty Glo, has a granddaughter who feeds me lots of material. Sorry I had not known of Paul's wherabouts until now. We all claim to be part Delaware indian.
