As a commitment to full transparency and to those looking to find the best priced funeral home, we have uploaded our price list right here on our website for you to see. These prices are our base prices and do not reflect any additional discounts. This price list is offered to comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Trade Regulation Rule; Funeral Industry Practices 16 CFR Part 453.

You will never be charged for something you did not explicitly ask for. If there is something you are required to purchase we will make it clear to you the reason for the charge.

Our charges for burial with visitation and funeral service include: 24 hour access, basic services of funeral director and staff, the local transfer of remains to the funeral home, the embalming process, dressing and/or casketing and/or cosmetizing, the overnight sheltering of the remains, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, basic casket, basic memorial package, up to three hours of visitation, funeral service, hearse transportation to the cemetery, graveside service . This charge does not include cash advance items such as: the actual cost of the grave at the cemetery, or the cemetery charge for opening and closing of the grave, obituary, death certificates, funeral escort, flower arrangements, honorariums, etc.

Our charges for cremation with visitation and memorial service include: 24 hour access, basic services of funeral director and staff, the local transfer of remains to the funeral home, cremation container, the cremation process, the overnight sheltering of the remains, sanitary care and preparation of the remains for identification, cleaning and disinfection of the body, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, temporary urn, one hour of visitation memorial service immediately following. This charge does not include cash advance items such as: the actual cost of the grave at the cemetery, or the cemetery charge for opening and closing of the grave, graveside service, obituary, death certificates, flower arrangements, honorariums, etc.

With minimum Casket (You may provide your own Casket) - $2,800

Our charges for immediate burial include: 24 hour access, basic services of funeral director and staff, the local transfer of remains to the funeral home, the overnight sheltering of the remains, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the cemetery (no use of Hearse), sanitary care and preparation of the remains for identification. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the grave at the cemetery, or the cemetery charge for opening and closing of the grave. An additional $300 service charge may apply if we are to provide assistance with newspaper, or funeral arrangements.

Our charges for direct cremation include: 24 hour access, the basic services of funeral director and staff, the local transfer of remains to the funeral home, the overnight sheltering of remains, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the crematory, sanitary care, preparation of remains for identification, the cost of the cremation process, cremation container, online obituary, and corrugated temporary urn. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. It does not include any additional transportation, urn, or postage.

Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to:

24 hour access; Responding to the initial request for service; conducting the arrangement conference; preparation of biographical and statistical data; examination of financial settlement options; preparation and filing of papers, permits and authorizations; coordination with those providing other services; preparation and placement of obituary notices; retention and care prior to commencement of post death activities; overhead expenses relative to our facility and operations such as occupancy, administrative and equipment costs.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving of remains.

Price reflects $500 discount if casket is purchased from our funeral home.

Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Refrigeration may be required in some cases if embalming is not authorized.If we must keep a deceased body for an extended time, embalming will be required at our discretion.

Washing, bathing, and disinfection of unembalmed body.

Refrigeration is required for all unembalmed and/or cremated bodies. *This cost is only used in cases of highly extended holding (>3 weeks to months)

The process of preparing the body for viewing.

Our services include set-up of the visitation area, placement of remains, positioning of floral displays, supervision and attendance during the hours of visitation and parking lot assistance

The use of automotive equipment is necessary for removal, transportation, and funeral ceremonies.

Merchandise includes caskets, urns, memorial packages, outer burial containers, and things of the like.

This charge includes: 24 hour access, removal of remains to funeral home, basic services of funeral director and staff, embalming, and obtaining necessary permits. It does not include a casket or alternative shipping container, the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to forwarding the remains or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include transferring the remains to the airport or other destination, or the charges of a common carrier.

This charge includes: 24 hour access,receiving the remains from the other funeral home, the overnight sheltering of the remains, basic services of funeral director and staff, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur or use of hearse. Nor does it include transferring the remains from the airport or other source, or the charges of a common carrier. Transfer to Cemetery or crematory is not included. No transportation is included
