We are deeply heartbroken by your loss and we are sending all of our love. We thought of Sam and the family everyday and we will continue to think of him always and remember all the love he was surrounded by and all the love he created. Even just a picture of his sweet contagious smile expanded the heart. His strength is forever imbedded into anyone who knew him or his fight.
